Profitable Behaviors to Accelerate Your Practice “NOW” (PA108-0110)

Thursday, January 07, 2010

Presenters

Mark T. Murphy, DDS, FAGD,

Overview

Thriving in today’s economy requires strategic planning that leverages the dental practice.  As dental professionals, we must first identify the opportunities that exist within our practices and then close the gaps from what is achievable to accelerate our economic engine, even in challenging times.   Increasing patient retention and improving case acceptance can add hundreds of thousands of dollars in treatment, improve our sense of fulfillment, and provide better patient care.  Expanding restorative solutions to include the latest tech-esthetics also broadens our income stream and helps patients feel better about themselves. Changing behaviors that impact results is key to improving the success of the dental practice.

  • Measure and improve case acceptance
