General Information

Course Credit

The American Dental Association's Continuing Education Recognition Program, CERP, approves all dental courses on an hour-for-hour basis. Certified dental assistants should contact the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) regarding their continuing education credit guidelines and course requirements. To receive your continuing education credits you must check in at the registration desk.

Course Registration

Tuition-paid registrations are processed in the order in which they are received and will be acknowledged in writing (if time permits) or electronically through e-mail.

Fax your completed registration form and MasterCard or Visa credit card information to (313) 578-6568.
Call (313) 494-6626 and use your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover (sorry, no Amex) credit card to register.

Early registration is advised to guarantee a place in the course(s).

Registration Form

A registration form is available online for print. Online registration will soon be available. Please make as many copies as needed. However, use one form per person, per course.

Course Check-in

Please check each program description for the location of the course(s). Arrive at least one half hour before the start of each course to pick up course materials and to check-in.

Handouts and Meals

Handout materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks are included with all full-day courses unless otherwise indicated. Continental breakfast is included with morning half-day courses. Light snacks are provided for evening courses and for the CPR courses. If you have special dietary needs, please call (313) 494-6626 at least 10 business days before the start of the course to inform us of your dietary requirements.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise posted, a full refund less $25 will be granted if notification of cancellation is received by this office at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations received once the course has started.

*There will be a $100 administration fee charged for
cancellation or rescheduling of the Local Anesthesia
Administration for the Dental Hygienist course, including
the clinical session, once the participant is registered in
a lecture and laboratory session.
