Diane C. Hoelscher

Dr. Diane Hoelscher earned a BS degree in dental hygiene and DDS, both from the University of Detroit and an MS degree in Health Care Education from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is currently Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Patient Management. A faculty member at UDM since 1990, she has taught periodontics, operative and general dentistry, ethics, and evidence-based dentistry and, for three years, served as Interim Chairperson of the Department of Operative Restorative Dentistry. Her research interests include educational methodology and dental materials with an emphasis on esthetic restorative materials. Dr. Hoelscher also maintains a part-time private practice.
