How to Apply

To qualify for the Summer Enrichment Program the applicant must be educationally and/or economically disadvantaged

Educationally Disadvantaged: an individual who comes from an environment that has inhibited the individual from obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to enroll in and graduate from a health professions school or allied health program; e.g., a person who is the first generation to attend and graduate from a 4-year college/university, or who had access to limited upper level courses in high school

Economically Disadvantaged: an individual who comes from a family with an annual income at or below low-income thresholds according to family size (please refer to following chart.)
