Patient Care Services
All types of orthodontic care are available in the clinic: early treatment for the baby teeth as well as treatment for young children, adolescents, adults and individuals requiring jaw surgery or those with cleft lip and palate as well as craniofacial anomalies. Orthodontic treatment may be done in the resident teaching clinic or in faculty practices. In the teaching clinic the fees are 40% to 50% of those in private practice. Fees in faculty practice are 50% to 60% of those in the private sector.
Clinic Hours and Appointments
The Orthodontic Clinic is open 8:30am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. It is closed for major holidays and at other times throughout the year for conferences, meetings and academic related events and breaks. Faculty practice is open Monday 12:00noon to 5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Wednesday 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
