The Institute for Advanced Continuing Dental Education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry is committed to providing innovative and timely continuing dental education, which creates life-long learning opportunities for every oral health professional.  All courses are taught by Detroit Mercy faculty, as well as other credentialed health-care professionals.

CDCA Exams

Refer your patients for Oral and Maxillofacial Imaging

Detroit Mercy Dental offers a range of services at the Oral and Maxillofacial Imaging Center.  We are pleased to provide  radiographic services for your patients.  And, if you provide CBCT images in your practice, we can interpret your cases and generate a report. We also offer other radiographic services including intraoral, panoramic, cephalometric and other planar skull projections.

Sterilization Monitoring Service

The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry offers a weekly service to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of your dental office sterilizers.  A multitude of factors may diminish the effectiveness of sterilizer function, and regular monitoring will discover malfuntions.  Test results are available online accessible 24/7.  Complete reports can be printed any time, and annual reports are also sent to each office.
