Dental Imprint Program

Dental Imprint Program is a pre-dental pipeline program geared towards middle and high-school students in Detroit and the surrounding area.  During the program, participants will experience career presentations, oral hygiene instruction, a tour of the dental school, simulation lab activities, and admissions workshops. 

These early exposure activities aim to cultivate a diverse workforce of dental professionals and reduce health disparities in the city of Detroit and state of Michigan. 

Participating schools during the 2019-2020 Academic Year include:

• Benjamin Carson High School of Science and Medicine in conjunction with United Way for Southeastern Michigan Health Imprint Program
• Cass Technical High School
• Chandler Park Academy
• Cody High School-Medicine and Community Health Academy in conjunction with United Way for Southeastern Michigan Health Imprint Program
• Detroit School of Arts
• Western International High School
